Welcome to Access!
By now you should have received a joint letter from Cinergy Communications or Z-Tel and Access Integrated Networks advising of the transfer of your phone service from Cinergy-Z-Tel to Access effective November 15, 2005. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a new Access customer and provide you with some useful information to make this transfer seamless.
There will be no immediate changes to your existing telephone service nor the rate you are currently paying for your service. As a part of the transition, you will receive a welcome call from Access. This call will give you the opportunity to ask any questions about Access as well as learn more about Access’s products and services. You may find that Access has service packages that may or may not save you money over what you currently paying today. If you would like you can make changes to your service at that time or stay right where you are today; the choice is yours to make!!
Keep in mind, any changes you may make at this time will result in a contract.

Some other useful information:
- Moves/Adds/Changes: Starting on November 15th Access will be able to process any moves or changes for new customers. Customers can contact the customer service number below to make changes to their service.
- Cinergy Dial up Internet customers: Cinergy dial up Internet customers will continue to receive those services from Cinergy and will be billed for those services by Cinergy separately.
- Voicemail customers: Voicemail customers will see no change with their current voicemail service and will still access their voicemail box in the same way as previously provided by Cinergy.
- Pending Service or Repair Orders: For customers who have pending repair or other service orders with Cinergy, those orders not completed by November 14th will be transferred and completed by Access.
